An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 7:30 a.m. - 8:15 a.m. There were 22 children in care being supervised by 2 staff members. The children were observed participating in table top activities and cooperative games. Breakfast served today is french toast sticks, cereal, cheese stick, oranges, and milk. Eight children's records were reviewed and in compliance. Two staff records were reviewed and in compliance. Three medications were reviewed and in compliance. The most recent emergency escape drill was conducted 05/01/2019 and the most recent shelter in place drill was conducted 04/22/2019. The first aid kit was reviewed and in compliance.
