An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with center administrator and center staff on May 22, 2019 to determine compliance with the licensing standards. There were 81 children, ranging in age from 6 months to 5 years, present with 13 staff actively supervising. The children were having lunch and preparing for rest. Lunch served today: fish nuggets, bread slices, spinach, pudding, and milk. Five emergency medications for four children were reviewed and are in compliance. Eight children's files and three staff files were reviewed and are in compliance. The last health inspection was conducted 2/7/2019. The last fire inspection was conducted 9/4/2018. Emergency evacuation drills have been conducted monthly; the last shelter in place was conducted 2/13/2019. The last fire inspection was conducted 9/4/2018.
