The Licensing Inspector conducted an unannounced joint investigation with a local agency on 02/07/2019, and a follow up was conducted on 04/24/2019 by the licensing inspector in response to a self-reported incident that was received by the licensing office on 02/06/2019 regarding supervision. Based upon staff interviews, records reviewed, and observations made, the preponderance of evidence gathered during this investigation does not support a violation.
