The Licensing Inspector conducted an unannounced inspection on 05/01/2019 in response to a self-reported incident that occurred on 4/23/2019, and was received by the licensing office on 04/24/2019, regarding special care provisions and emergencies. Interviews with staff were conducted, documentation of staff-to-children ratios were reviewed, documentation of children's records, staff records, and injury reports were reviewed, and an interview with a representative from a local agency was conducted. The preponderance of evidence gathered during this investigation does not support a violation.
