Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted this date. A total of 53 children with 4 staff present during the inspection. When the Inspector arrived, the children were finishing up afternoon snack and throwing away their trash. A nice transition was observed where half the group went to the gym for some gross motor activity. The other half of the children engaged in table top activities such as stringing beads, playing Uno with staff, reading independently and yard weaving. Discussions on the end of the year celebration between staff and children was held. All medications were reviewed today. CPR/First Aid certification, medication training and Daily Health Observation was verified. All staff records are reviewed at the administrative office annually which includes background checks. A total of 6 children's records were reviewed and found complete. This inspection began at approximately 2:40pm and ended at 4pm. Thank you for your cooperation today.
