Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted beginning at 7:15 a.m. and ending at 8:05 a.m. with the director and one staff. There were 25 children in care ranging in age from 5 years to 10 years of age. Children were observed playing a game called 'Bloxels' on tablets and a group game of silent speed ball. After activities, children lined up to wash hands for breakfast. Two staff records and five children's records were reviewed. Six medications, authorizations and administration logs were reviewed.
