Technical Assistance:
Discussion of the subsidy regulations and how they apply to the Child Day Center (CDC). Further discussion was centered around a clarification of the recent change to the TB documentation requirements. Documentation must be obtain prior to the start of a new employee; and the documentation may not be older than one month (30 days).

Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted at the (Name of CDC or FDH) located in town, Virginia. This inspection was conducted on 00/00/2019, between the hours of ## am/pm through ## am/pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. An Unannounced Renewal/Monitoring Inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that were not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
