A Subsidy Health and safety inspection was conducted on / /2018 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspection began at and ended at . There were children in care with staff. The children were observed . Five staff records and five children?s records were reviewed. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSSI inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
