Comments:
The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced focused inspection on Wednesday, May 22, 2019 from 12:30am to 2:30pm. This inspection focused on the main areas of previous non-compliance. The children were observed resting on cots and mats. Six staff records and 10 children's records were reviewed. Today, the following child to staff ratios were observed: Infant I ?8:2 Infant II- 8:2 Toddler A ?8:1(rest time) Toddler B ?9:2 (rest time) Younger Twos ? 15:1(rest time) Older Twos ? 15:2 (rest time) Threes ?20:1 (rest time) Pre-K ?26:2 (rest time) School Age ?not present The violations from the previous inspections were checked for corrections.
