An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted with the center director beginning at 9:10 AM and ending at 12:30 PM. There were 98 children, ages five months through five years old, in care during the inspection. Two infants were observed sleeping in the crib. Two two infants were observed in activities chairs. The older children were observed singing, dancing to music, playing outside, and doing art. Ten children's records were reviewed and in compliance. Five staff records were reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and weather-band radio were observed and in compliance. The most recent health inspection was dated 7/19/18. The most recent fire inspection was dated 11/2/18.
