Technical Assistance:
The Licensing inspector and director discussed standard 22VAC40-185-(7)-550-D regarding practice drills.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the director beginning on April 4, 2019 at 11:30 AM and ending at 2:34 PM. There were five children, ages 4 and 5 years old, in the care of two staff members during the inspection. The children were observed cleaning up after lunch and during nap time. Five children's records were reviewed in compliance. Six staff records were reviewed and in compliance. There were no medications on site to be reviewed. The most recent lockdown drill was documented as 3/18/19. The first aid kit, flashlight, and weather-band radio were observed and in compliance. The most recent health inspection was dated 3/14/18. The most recent fire inspection was dated 11/5/18. The most recent health inspection was dated 2/19/19. The most recent fire inspection was dated 3/26/19.
