An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted beginning at 6:40 a.m. and ending at 7:45 a.m. with the director and four staff. There were 28 children in care ranging in age from 6 years to 10 years. Children were observed participating in clubs that included chess and blocks. After clubs, children cleaned up and prepared for zones. Four staff records including two new staff and five children's records were reviewed. Ten medications and authorizations were reviewed.
