Comments:
Thank you for your assistance with this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on June 3, 2019 from 11:10 a.m. through 1:00 p.m. There were thirty-nine children in the care of six staff in three classroom. Five children's and five staff records were reviewed. The medication and medication paperwork was reviewed for one child. Areas of non-compliance may be found on the violation notice. Areas observed were; outside play, hand washing/bathroom procedures, lunch and nap. Interactions between the children and staff were observed as positive and the children seem comfortable with the daily routine and schedule. Please contact me at 650-430-9256 if you have any questions and/or if I may be of assistance with licensing standards.
