A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 05/28/2019 from 8:49am to 1:45pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The children were observed playing in centers, participating in circle time, playing on the playground, and preparing for nap. A formal observation was completed with the two year old and three year old classrooms. The lunch menu was posted. Interviews were held with staff throughout the inspection, and the inspector interacted with children in each classroom when appropriate. All classrooms and playgrounds were inspected today. Six children?s records and five employee records were reviewed during this inspection. Medication is being administered and was reviewed. Ten injury reports were reviewed as well as the center?s injury prevention plan which was updated 5/15/2019. The center's first aid kit and emergency supplies were inspected. Last emergency drill: 05/17/2019 Last shelter-in-place drill: 02/26/2019 Last fire inspection: 06/05/2018 Last health inspection: 01/22/2019 Lockdown drill: 5/10/2019 A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. There were no violations found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection.
