The census for today's inspection consisted of 88 children in the direct care of 18 staff. Upon arrival, the children were engaged in a variety of activities. The inspector observed and inspected each classroom and completed formal observations throughout. The children in the Infant B room were observed playing on the carpet, interacting with staff, and having a story read to them. The playgrounds and three vehicles were inspected. The center had the following posted: license, daily schedule, emergency numbers, evacuation maps, menu and various parent information. The center's first aid kit and non-emergency supplies were inspected. Three medications and medication authorizations were reviewed. Eight children's records and eight staff's records were reviewed.
