A complaint was received on 6/4/19 alleging a gas smell at the center with concerns of the overall safety of its occupants. Interviews, observation and a review of documentation was conducted and there were no violations observed and the complaint was determined to be invalid. Arrival time: 2: 45 pm Departure time: 3: 25 pm
