The renewal process was discussed with the director. Technical assistance was provided requirements for annual review of children's emergency contact information.
- Comments:

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 7:30am-8:55am. There were 43 children directly supervised by 4 staff. The physical plant, programming, menu, 4 staff records, staff training, 5 children's records, 6 medications, evacuation drills, required postings, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed playing basketball, coloring, playing with blocks, playing tablet games, performing on stage lip syncing and dancing, and eating breakfast. Positive interactions between children and staff were observed during this inspection. There was an abundant supply of age appropriate materials for the children. The center was clean and organized.
