The inspector conducted an unannounced mandated inspection from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00. There were 57 children in care with staff supervising and maintaining ratios at all times. Children were observed playing outside, playing inside, coloring, painting, washing hands, eating lunch, and during rest time. Infants were observed sleeping, playing, and during a diaper change. Five children's records and six staff records were reviewed. The violation was corrected from the last inspection and there were no violations from today's inspection. The medication was reviewed with the corresponding paperwork. The new application was reviewed. Please call your inspector at 276-698-9981.
