Today an unannounced Monitoring Inspection took place between the hours of 2:30pm and 3:30pm. There were no children present during today's inspection. A total of 5 children?s files and 3 staff files were reviewed. No medications were on site today. Emergency plan and safety drills were reviewed. Standard #: 63.2(17)-1720.1-A Description: Based on record review, the center did not obtain a subsequent sworn disclosure statement everyone five years for one employee. Evidence: The most recent sworn disclosure statement for Staff #3 is dated 12/9/2013. Plan of Correction: This was corrected during the inspection.
