An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted June 4 2019 between 12:30pm and 2:30pm. There were 108 children in the direct care of 21 staff members. The inspection was conducted during nap time. The center is clean and organized and offers age-appropriate materials for all children in care. The playground space was also inspected today. Standard #: 22VAC40-185-280-B Description: Based on observation, the center did not ensure all cleaning materials were kept in a locked place. Evidence: Cleaning supplies in room #3 were in an unlocked cabinet several feet off of the ground. Plan of Correction: Supplies were locked during inspection.
