A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 6/12/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 20 children, ages 4-12 years, in care and 3 staff present during the inspection today. The inspector reviewed five children's records, three staff records and six medications during today's inspection. The children were observed during hand washing, morning snack, indoor play, craft time, and free play. The inspector arrived at 9:00 a.m. and departed at 12:00 p.m. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection and are identified on the violation notice.
