Description: Based on review of over-the-counter skin products, the facility did not follow procedures for administering over-the-counter skin products in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations. Evidence: 1. In the Pioneer's Classroom there was a tube of Boudreaux Butt Paste that expired in January 2019. 2. The diaper ointment was applied on 02/14/2019. 3. Plan of Correction: Administration will speak with staff about monitoring expiration dates of diaper creams to avoid applying an expired diaper cream ointment.
