An unannounced complaint investigation was initiated on 5/17/19 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 5/17/19. Classroom observation, video footage review and interviews with child's parent and staff were conducted on 5/23/19 relating to an allegation of inappropriate discipline of children. Additional correspondence was exchanged with the parent and local agency on 5/18/19, 6/11/19 and 6/8/19. The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, so the complaint is determined to be "not valid".
