A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 06/11/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 2:30pm-4pm. There were 44 children directly supervised by 5 staff. A sample of 5 children?s records, 5 staff records, 2 medications and 3 minor injury logs were reviewed. The children were observed eating upon entrance, eating snack and playing outside. A guest musician was playing instruments for the children. Zero new staff have been hired since the last inspection. There were no violations cited during this inspection. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
