An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 2:30pm-4pm. There were 44 children directly supervised by 5 staff. A sample of 5 children?s records, 5 staff records, 2 medications and 3 minor injury logs were reviewed. The children were observed eating upon entrance, eating snack and playing outside. A guest musician was playing instruments for the children. Zero new staff have been hired since the last inspection. There were no violations cited during this inspection.
