An unannounced renewal inspection was completed on 6/20/19. There were 23 children present in two classes with four staff directly supervising and two additional staff at the center available if needed. Four as needed medications were reviewed. The inspector arrived at the center at 9:15 am and departed at 12:15 pm. The children were observed during arrivals, during free time in the classrooms, during large group time, during outside times, and during lunch. There was discussion with the lead teacher about the following: having all staff emergency contact information available at the center for a substitute staff person within the agency, use of the diaper disposal system, adding children to attendance at arrival, stacking equipment in classrooms.
