The following inspection took place between the hours of 10 am through 2 pm. Staff files were reviewed by representatives from the Commonwealth of Virginia, Department of Social Services, Division of Licensing, Fairfax Licensing Office and through the County of Loudoun, Department of Parks, Recreation, and Community Services? main office located in Leesburg, Virginia.
