The licensing inspectors conducted an unannounced complaint inspection on Thursday, June 20, 2019 from 9:45am to approximately 10:10am in response to a complaint that was received by the Department on May 20, 2019 concerning the physical plant. Interviews with staff were completed, documentation was reviewed, and observations were made at the center. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint was determined to be not valid.
