An unannounced non-mandated focused monitoring inspection was completed on 06/20/2019 from 11:20 A.M.-1:45 P.M. The purpose of the inspection was for determining compliance to previous violations. There were 30 children attendance with eight staff, and two administrators present. The records for five staff, five over-the-counter topical ointments and required documentation, classroom observations were completed in four classrooms. The Hazardous Materials Policy and Ratio and Hazardous Materials Spot Check documentation were reviewed. The children were observed during transition to nap time, diapering, free choice activities, outdoor play, behavioral guidance, and one-on-one infant interactions. There were no violations noted.
