Comments:
Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring visit. This on-site visit was conducted on June 17, 2019 from 11:20 a.m. through 1:30 p.m. There were thirty-eight children in the care of eight staff. Five children's and five staff records were reviewed and updated. The medication and medication paperwork was reviewed for one child. Areas observed were: free choice activities, outside play, hand washing/bathroom and diapering procedures, lunch and nap. Interactions between the children and staff were positive and the children seem comfortable with their daily routine and schedule. Please contact me at 540-430-9256 if you have any questions and/or if I may be of assistance with licensing standards.
