An unannounced inspection was completed on May 24, 2019 from approximately 9:45a.m. to 11:00a.m. in response to a complaint received on April 24, 2019 regarding procedures for emergencies. The investigation was initiated on May 24, 2019, collateral interviews were conducted off site on June 24, 2019 and the investigation was completed on June 24, 2019. Staff, children, a classroom, and the playground were observed and staff and collaterals were interviewed. The Director and Owner were available for the inspection and were present for the exit interview at which time the inspection findings were reviewed and an Acknowledgement of Inspection form was signed and left with the licensee. The complaint is determined to be not valid.
