An announced administrative file review was completed today between 10am-1:30pm. Staff files were reviewed by representatives from the Commonwealth of Virginia, Department of Social Services, Division of Licensing, Fairfax Licensing Office and through the County of Loudoun, Department of PRCS office located in Leesburg, Virginia. Description: Based on file review, 1 staff record does not have the results of a fingerprint check. Evidence 1. Staff #2 does not have a completed fingerprint check on file.

Plan of Correction: We believe this was completed and will continue to look for this. If not found, this will be completed again.
