An unannounced Complaint Inspection was initiated in the center on June 25, 2019 and completed on July 2, 2019, regarding a complaint received by the department. Complainant reported concerns related to Staffing /Supervision and Special Care/ Provisions/Emergencies . Based on observations, review of center documentation and staff interviews, there was not a preponderance of evidence to support the allegation of inadequate Staffing/Supervision and insufficient information given related to exposure of a communicable disease, therefore the complaint has been determined to be NOT VALID.
