An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 1:30pm-3:00pm. There were 112 children in the direct care and supervision of 18 staff. The classrooms that are being used for the summer SACC program were measured and inspected. A sample of 10 children's records, 6 staff records, 6 emergency medications, emergency procedures, evacuation drills, and the physical plant were reviewed.
