An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 7/2/2019 from 11:55am to 12:45pm to investigate a self-reported incident received by the Northern Licensing Office regarding behavioral guidance. Staff and child records were reviewed, observation of the JK classroom was completed, interviews were conducted, and staff written statements were obtained. An additional interview was completed on 7/8/2019. The preponderance of evidence does not support the allegation; therefore, no violations were cited related to the self-reported incident.
