A discussion was conducted on making sure all new hires have documentation of their high school completion of equivalent.
- Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 9:00am-10:30pm. There were 33 children supervised by 6 direct care staff. The physical plant, programming, staff records, and medications were inspected. Children were observed participating in eating breakfast and getting ready for water play outside. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Thank you for your cooperation during this inspection. Standard #: 22VAC40-185-210-A Description: Based on review of staff records, not all program leaders have documentation of completion of a high school program or equivalent. Evidence: Staff #1,2 & 3 do not have documentation of a high school program or equivalent. Plan of Correction: I am working on getting the documents, but because they are from a different country it is difficult to get the documentation.
Standard #: 22VAC40-185-380-A Description: Based on observation, a daily schedule is not posted in every classroom. Evidence: The camp classroom does not have a daily schedule posted. Plan of Correction: We have one, I will make sure it gets posted.
