An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 11:30 am-12:45 during the summer program. There were a total of 105 children with 19 staff members present. Children were observed during lunch and engaged in group activities. A selection of staff trainings and children records, medications and other documents were reviewed. Rooms 111, 115 and 117 were measured and inspected for summer usage. Room 121 was not measured because it is used for storage. There were no violations cited this date.
