An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted on 06/14/2019 from 10:30am to 1:00pm in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office regarding supervision. Records were reviewed, interviews with staff were conducted, and the center's playground and the playground equipment were inspected. Based on the information gathered during the investigation, the preponderance of evidence does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint was determined to be not valid.
