Technical assistance was provided regarding accident reports. When a parent is unwilling to sign an accident report, complete documentation that the parent was unwilling to sign and that the parent was provided a copy of the accident report.
- Comments:

An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted today from 11:55am-1:25pm. The Northern Licensing Office received the complaint on 7/10/2019 regarding care and protection of children. Interviews were conducted, records reviewed, and observations made in the school age classroom. In addition, accident reports were reviewed. The preponderance of evidence does not support the allegations and the complaint has been deemed not valid. Please email me at morgan.bryson1@dss.virginia.gov with any questions.
