The entire physical plant including the playground was inspected. The children were observed watching a video and preparing for lunch. Lunch consisted of Turkey Hotdogs, corn, fruit and milk. The subsidy requirements were reviewed this date; allergy action plans, staff trainings, nutrition and food services, recordkeeping, hazardous substances, reporting injuries, emergency plans and transportation. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
