Standard #: 22VAC40-185-280-B Description: Based on observation, the center did not ensure that hazardous substances, such as cleaning materials, shall be kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children. Evidence: There was a can of Pledge multi-surface 2 in 1 cleaner and disinfectant, a can of Lysol sanitizing spray and a tub of disinfecting wipes in an unlocked cabinet above the sink in the Seals classroom. All containers were labeled "Keep out of reach of children." Plan of Correction: This was corrected immediately during the inspection and the cleaning materials were placed in a locked cabinet.
