Provided consultation on conducting additional staff training to review procedures and train staff to more actively work to reduce accidents and incidents.

An unannounced inspection was conducted on 7/16/19 from 2:00 - 3:30 pm to investigate a complaint regarding Supervision of Children - care, protection and guidance. Based on evidence obtained through classroom observations, interviews with staff, and a review of documentation, the complaint could not be substantiated. There were no violations issued as a result of the inspection.
