The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced renewal inspection on 07/18/2019 from 9:08am to 12:05pm. The children were observed playing in centers, participating in story time, STEM projects, and playing outside. A formal observation was completed with the lily room (threes) and school age classrooms. Interviews were held with staff throughout the inspection, and the inspector interacted with children in each classroom when appropriate. All classrooms and playgrounds were inspected today. Eight children?s records and five employee records were reviewed during this inspection. Medication is not being administered. The center?s injury prevention plan was updated 06/2019. The center's first aid kit and emergency supplies were inspected. Last emergency drill: 07/02/2019 Last shelter-in-place drill: 06/04/2019 Last fire inspection: 09/6/2018 Last health inspection: 06/18/2019 Today, the following child to staff ratios were observed: Twos - 10:2 Threes - 7:1 Threes - 10:1 Fours - 10:2 Fives ? 10:1 Fives - 7:1 School Age - 15:1 School Age - 13:1 The violations from the previous inspections were checked for corrections.
