On the date of inspection (07/17/2019), the last lockdown drill was conducted on 05/30/2018. 2. This information was listed on the drill log for 2018. A current lockdown drill since that date has yet to be administered. Plan of Correction: A lockdown drill shall be scheduled and conducted.
