Technical Assistance:
Discussed new playground equipment, medication logs to reflect all days for short term administration and cot spacing.

Comments:
An unannounced renewal was conducted today from 1:00-2:30. All six rooms were in ratio with direct care staff. Observed infant care (feeding, sleeping, and diapering) and rest time for the older children. Reviewed a sample of children and staff records, medication, physical space and the playground.
