Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 10:10am to 12:30pm. 23 children were directly supervised by 4 staff members. Ratios were in compliance. The physical space, evacuation drills, the Emergency Preparedness Plan, 4 children's records, 2 staff records and required posted documents were reviewed. The injury prevention plan was also reviewed. Children were observed in circle time, working in small groups and engaged in activities. The classroom contained an abundant supply of age appropriate materials and activities. No violations were cited today.
