The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection from 9:30am - 11:45am. There were twenty one children in care with three staff. The director was also present. The children were observed playing games, at story time, working puzzles, playing with blocks and during lunch. Five staff's records and five children's records were reviewed.
