A monitoring inspection was conducted to investigate a self reported incident regarding the supervision, care, protection, and guidance of the children in the toddler classroom. The inspection was conducted with the center director on May 09, 2019 at beginning at 10 AM and ending at 12:30 PM. Three staff were interviewed and center documentation was reviewed. An exit meeting was conducted with the director on May 28, 2019. There were no violations issued as a result of this investigation.
