An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted to investigate complaint allegations regarding diapering procedures, bottle feeding procedures, and care, protection, and guidance of the infants at the center. The investigation was conducted with the director and owners of the center beginning at 9:00 AM and ending at 12:00 PM. A review of documentation and records, four staff interviews, and classroom observations were conducted on July 10, 2019. One staff interview and classroom observations were conducted on July 11, 2019. An exit meeting was conducted with the director on July 18, 2019. The allegations regarding diapering procedures, bottle feeding, and care, protection, and guidance were determined to be invalid. There were no violations issued as a result of this investigation.
