Description: Based on document review and discussion with the staff, the facility failed to ensure that parents shall be provided with all policies/procedures as required by the standards. Evidence: The following policies/procedures were not included with the parent information: the center's policy regarding application of sunscreen, diaper ointment and insect repellent and the appropriate general daily schedule for the age of the enrolling child. Staff #1 stated that some parents have already received the information as printed that did not include the aforementioned policies/procedures.
